INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to establish the conditions of use of the easiscrew.com page as well as the conditions of purchase of products through it by users.

We ask you to carefully read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, as well as the PRIVACY POLICY before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, the user accepts our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, as well as our PRIVACY POLICY, therefore, if you do not agree, you should not use the website.

USE OF THE SITE

By using this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to the following:

– Use the website solely for the purpose of consulting products and placing orders.

– Do not make any fraudulent or false order. If an order is reasonably deemed to be fraudulent, Easiscrew is authorized to cancel the order and report it to the relevant authorities.

– Have legal capacity to enter into contracts (the user declares to be over 18 years of age).

– Provide your contact information in a truthful and exact way in order to be able to send the orders.

PICKED UP AT THE STORE

Currently we do not have any store collection service. All shipments are made to the indicated address or, failing that, to a collection point, if the client so wishes and the selected transport company allows it.

SHIPMENT

Except for extraordinary circumstances, products that do not require preparation will be shipped in 3-5 business days to the entire peninsula. The Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may require a period of 5 to 10 business days.

For international shipments (outside Spain) the product will be sent in 5 – 12 business days at the European level. And from 7 to 20 business days for shipments outside of Europe. The shipment will be made safely by MRW or other shipping companies, to the address indicated in the purchase process.

To change the shipping address, contact info@easiscrew.com. The shipping address can only be changed if the package has not left the warehouse. If the package is already on the way, the shipping address cannot be changed.

WAY TO PAY

The forms of payment accepted by Easiscrew are:

1. CARD:

You will have payment by card on the website, through the virtual POS and Redsys gateway. It is a secure payment encrypted with an SSL certificate.

TAXES

Prices do NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT). It will be added in the last steps of the shopping cart. Taxes, fees, duties, or surcharges may be added depending on the shipping country.

PRICES

The products will be sold at the indicated price, the one collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer being valid. VAT not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Under the Distance Shipping Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order of any item purchased from EASISCREW, with a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@easiscrew.com, specifying your order number, within a period between 7 and 14 business days following receipt of the items.

RETURNS

RETURNS IN THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE

The User may withdraw from their purchase at any time within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the order, without the need to allege any cause for it, by contacting info@easiscrew.com. Easiscrew will not accept returns of orders after said period except for justified cause.

The return will be made in the same way that was used to pay for the purchase. You will assume the cost and risk of the return.

The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed. The product may not have been assembled or used.

The right of return of products that have been made according to the buyer’s specifications, custom-made, expressly commissioned or clearly personalized cannot be exercised. In the event of a defective product, we will proceed to repair or replace it.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All of our products are checked before packaging.

The piece is very resistant, even if the package or box is damaged, the piece will be intact.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package at info@easiscrew.com and attaching a photograph. of the broken product together with the box or envelope and label of our courier. We will reply, via email, with the shipping address.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail or by phone within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the same (if applicable).

The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible depending on the stock of our suppliers but in any case in a period not exceeding 4 weeks from when the acceptance of the return of the defective product is confirmed by e-mail.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a flaw or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs that you would have incurred to return it to us. The return will be made in the same way that was used to pay for the purchase. Easiscrew responds as a general rule to non-conformities that are manifested within a maximum period of 30 days from delivery, excluding those products with a useful life of less than this period.

The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.

VALIDITY

Easiscrew reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

COPYRIGHT

All images, logo, store name and others that appear on this website are protected by intellectual property law. Any missuse can be legally pursued.

DATA PROTECTION

To carry out and monitor purchases or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, you must register your personal data and choose a password to access restricted areas that require prior identification. This will prevent its completion in successive purchases. At the moment you register on our server or place an order, your personal and address data, as well as the transactions carried out and in progress, are incorporated into our database, being used only to process the order, as well as to carry out your follow-up. If you have given your express consent, and as long as you do not revoke it, they will also use it to send information about offers and services that may be of interest to you. At any time you can modify the data of your customer record (change of address, telephone…) or ask us to remind you of your password if you have forgotten it.

Likewise, we inform you that, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and other current legislation on data protection, the personal data contained in this form will be incorporated into a file owned by Easiscrew with the purpose of channeling requests for information, suggestions and customer complaints for their management and resolution. OTHERS

Minimum purchase age from 16 years under the supervision of their parents or guardians, these being the ones in charge of being aware of the purchase and accepting the responsibility that this entails if the order has been completed.
